We believe that creating a positive and caring environment is key to providing the best service to our clients. Here are some guidelines that all our Grannies follow:
Upon arrival at the client’s place, we will present our IDs and wear them around our necks throughout the day. Our Grannies always dress in our official uniform – a stylish golf shirt and black pants or skirt with flat shoes. Our hair must be neat and tidy, out of our faces, and our nails must be clean and cut to a reasonable length (feel free to add some colour if you like!).
We take pride in our presentation and always ensure our cars are clean and tidy when picking up our clients. Inside our Granny Kits, we carry daily wipes, hand sanitiser, Anthisan Cream, plasters, and antiseptic cream to ensure we are always prepared.
We are caring, loving, compassionate, understanding, and gentle towards our clients, as well as always following our uniform and Granny Kit guidelines. If parents give us money for their children, we will photograph all slips, write down what was bought on a notepad, and attach it to the slips with a paper clip.
We take great care of our elderly clients, counting the cash in their handbags and signing it with their carer. We never draw money from our client’s accounts. And, last but not least, we always behave professionally – no smoking, shouting, using profanity, or consuming alcohol in our uniforms or in our client’s company.
Thank you for being a part of our wonderful community of Grannies. We look forward to providing you and your loved ones with exceptional service and care!
All ‘Grannies’ must! report in when they leave home, arrive at clients’ houses, and upon arrival at the requested destination, back to the client’s home, and when they are safely at their home.
